Cancellation Policy

The businesses at Rooted in Beauty require 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

 

Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment.  When you cancel with less notice it makes it harder for us to fill the time that was reserved for you, and causes us to lose money.

 

If you no-call no-show to your appointment with no notice, you will be charged the full amount of your expected appointment before you will be able to reschedule with me. 

 

These terms are non-negotiable and allow us to continue to run our businesses smoothly.
